All products sold through our store are made to order specifically for each customer. Because each item is custom printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or any other customer-related ordering issue.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or misprinted
- Incorrect due to a fulfillment error
Because our products are made to order, returned merchandise cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error
After review, we may offer a replacement item or refund at our discretion when a fulfillment error has occurred.
Incorrect Address Provided
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
